Can I join Bulba if I’m just starting out as a creator?

Yes! Even if you have zero followers, as long as your content gets at least 500 average views, you can start collaborating.

How do I sign up as a creator?

Simply download the Bulba app from the App Store, create your account, and connect your Instagram or TikTok to sync your stats.

Do I need to post my content within a certain time?

Yes — we give you a 10-day window after your collaboration to upload your content. This keeps things fair for brands and ensures you can keep booking exciting new collabs without interruption.

How do I know if a brand has approved my request?

You’ll get an app notification and email once the brand accepts, rejects, or reschedules your collaboration request.

What are the eligibility requirements?

Minimum 0 followers and 500 average views. Higher stats unlock higher-value collaborations.

Can I bring guests to my collaboration?

What kind of offers attract the most influencers to restaurants?

Think of what makes your venue irresistible — free meals for two, tasting menus, or fun experiences. The more appealing the offer, the more interest you’ll get.

How do I set my campaign availability so influencers don’t book outside service hours?

In your Locations tab, you can set exact hours and days for collaboration bookings. That way influencers only see times you’re open and ready.

Can I reschedule a creator’s booking if our restaurant is unexpectedly closed?

Yes, when viewing a collaboration card you can hit “Request Reschedule.” The creator will pick another time.

What should I do if a creator doesn’t show up for their collaboration?

Mark the collab as “Cancelled” or “Incomplete” depending on the case. Their account will be restricted until they submit proper content or resolve the issue.

How do I handle situations where creators bring more guests than agreed?

The number of guests is fixed during booking. If someone brings extras, you don’t need to honor the additional spots — politely remind them of the agreed offer.

Can I reject a collaboration request without it hurting my brand’s reputation?

Yes, you’re free to accept, reject, or reschedule. Creators simply see that the request wasn’t accepted — it doesn’t affect your reputation on Bulba.

How long do influencers have to post after visiting our venue?

They have a 10 day grace period. If they don’t post within that time, their account is paused until they upload content.

Is it okay to ask creators to repost if their content disappears?

Yes. Reels should stay up indefinitely, and if content is removed, support can reach out to the creator and request a repost.

Can I download and reuse the content creators make for us?

Yes, but with rules: content from creators under 5k followers is royalty-free. Those above 5k may charge a small licensing fee for reuse.

What if I get fewer influencers than my plan promises?

Plans allow up to a certain number of collaborations, but results depend on your offer and filters. Support can help you optimize if numbers are low.

Do you offer refunds if I need to pause due to emergencies?

Yes, in special cases (like venue closures), we’ve issued refunds or account credits. Just contact support and we’ll help.

Is VAT included in your pricing?

We add VAT where applicable. Invoices clearly state VAT amounts once we’re VAT registered.

How do influencers find my business on Bulba?

They don’t! You publish a campaign, and influencers who meet your filters send collaboration requests.

What’s the difference between a location and a campaign?

Locations are your venues (like branches). Campaigns are the offers linked to those locations. You can assign multiple locations to one campaign.

How do I manage incoming collaboration requests?

In your dashboard, go to the New Collaborations tab to accept, reject, or reschedule.

All posts appear in your Posts tab. You can view, download, and check insights like reach and engagement.

Can I limit how often a creator visits us?

Yes, you can set a Cooling Period when creating your campaign — this controls how soon a creator can reapply.

What if an influencer posts the wrong content?

You can reject it in the Posts tab and ask them to re-upload. If needed, support can also step in.

How can I attract more influencers to my campaign?

Make the offer appealing, use strong photos in your campaign, and lower follower/view requirements if you’re not seeing enough requests.

Should I accept every collaboration request?

Not necessarily. Check a creator’s past cancellation rate and niche fit before accepting.

Is it better to run one campaign or several smaller ones?

Multiple campaigns with different offers often attract a wider variety of creators — for example, one “tasting menu” and one “cocktail night.”

What’s the best way to handle creators who cancel last-minute?

Decline future requests from them and check cancellation rates before accepting new ones. This prevents repeated issues.

How can I get higher-tier influencers interested?

Offer higher-value experiences (like dinners for two with wine, or event tickets for multiple guests). Big creators look for meaningful perks.

Can I ask creators to use specific hashtags or tags?

Yes! Add your content requirements when setting up your campaign — you can include hashtags, tags, and collaborator requirements.

What if influencer behavior at my venue is unprofessional?

Report it to support. Depending on severity, they may be suspended from the platform.

How soon will I see results from Bulba collaborations?

Most venues notice traction after 15–20 micro-influencer collaborations within a short time frame.

How do I get approved for collaborations more often?

Keep your stats updated by reconnecting Instagram/TikTok, maintain a clean profile, and apply for offers that fit your content niche.

What happens if I can’t attend a booked collaboration?

Always cancel in advance through the app. No-shows hurt your record and may block you from booking new collabs.

How long do I have to post content after visiting a business?

You have 10 days to post your content. If you don’t, your account is paused until you submit.

Can I bring friends or family along to my collaboration?

Follow the campaign details: tag the business, use required hashtags, geotag the location, and upload the right content type (Instagram Reel or TikTok video).

You can mark the collab as incomplete, but it may affect your booking ability. If there was a genuine issue (e.g. business closed), support can step in.

Currently, the mobile app is iOS-only. Android support is coming soon, but you can use an iPad or shared iPhone in the meantime.

Do I need to connect both Instagram and TikTok?

No — connecting one platform is enough, but linking both opens up more opportunities.

What if I forget my login details?

You can reset your password via email. If you forgot which email you used, support can look it up using your social handle.

How does Bulba verify influencer stats?

We pull data daily from Instagram and TikTok APIs — follower counts, average views, engagement, and more — so everything stays up to date.

Is there a way to see who else is collaborating with a business?

Yes! In the booking page, you can often see who has attended or is attending, sorted by contacts and top influencers.

Who should I contact if I need urgent help?

Support is available through in-app chat and email. Phone support isn’t included in most plans, but our team replies within 1–2 working days.

Do I need to pay influencers on top of my Bulba subscription?

It depends! On Bulba, you have the option to collaborate based on gifted experience as well as cash payments.

Do you offer a trial?

Yes, new users get 6 collaboration credits to use within 7 days.

Can I cancel my influencer marketing plan anytime?
